How can I place an order?

To order you simply shop and register at checkout by uploading a valid government issued identification (you can cover/cross out any information in your card you’re not comfortable with sharing we just need name, photo and DOB).

Please note we may ask for additional verification such as a selfie to match with your ID.

What are the payments options?

We accept E transfers or cash.

For E transfers – once an order has been placed, please send an e transfer as soon as possible, as sometimes transfers can be delayed which can delay your delivery.

For Cash payments – Our team may contact you after your order is placed to verify your identification. For large amount orders, we may ask that you send a partial amount in an e transfer.

Can I send an e transfer when my package arrives?

Unfortunately becauses e transfer payments can take some time to clear, it is not efficient for drivers making other deliveries. We have a small window of wait time upon arrival and can not wait for payments to clear on spot.

How do I know if I will get my package after I send an e transfer?

Buds 2 U is a long time running, reputable and reliable delivery service. Our sales team will contact you to confirm after you’ve completed your online order.

When will I get my package?

You will receive your package within the time slot and date selected at checkout. Please be available at the address provided within the time selected for delivery.

Will I be contacted when my delivery arrives?

Yes the courier will contact you by text/call once they arrive, please meet at the courier’s vehicle as we have a no-knocking policy.

Can I change or add to my order after it has been placed?

Yes if your time slot has not begun then there is still time! Please contact us immediately if there are any changes. However once your time slot has begun your package will be on its way to you.

What if I need to change the delivery time after I’ve ordered?

No problem, please let us know as soon as possible and we will try our best to accommodate your request for another time or day.

Will you bring it to my door?

To ensure the privacy of our clients and safety of our team we have a no knocking policy. Please meet us in front of the address you’ve provided once courier notifies you of his arrival.

What if I’m not available to receive my delivery?

If you are not present to receive your package, the courier will wait up to 10 minutes before leaving to make other deliveries and will schedule a later time that you are present. Additional delivery charges may apply.

Received wrong item or defective item?

Please contact us immediately and we will arrange to have your item sent out at the next available time slot.

Returns or Exchange Policy

No returns, however we accept exchanges on unopened, unused items and must be sealed in the original packaging and made within 2 days of receiving.

How do I claim my free points?

On the cart page, you will be able to enter the amount of points you’d like to use. This should be located under the products.
